The young man named Wayne was very nice, very professional, and wasn't in a rush. He took his time and explain everything he was doing, and what would be the next best thing to do to keep her running good. I would definitely give him 10 Stars if I could. I will definitely refer Wayne and Sears appliance repair to my friends if they have any appliances they need fix. With Wayne as your employee, I definitely will be using your services for my other appliances. Thank you, thank you Wayne, and keep up the good work. New customer for life.

Service provider for my garage door opener was excellent. He was friendly, knew exactly what to do, explained what he was going to do and then what he had done. I was very disappointed in the AI scheduler. She was polite but kept saying she understood my questions and she understood my frustrations. Not helpful!
