I'm very thankful that Steve, the sears technician was able to fix my dishwasher. We've been having problems for about 4 months. Every technician that has come has not been able to get the job done. Steve not only fixed our problem, but also fixed the reason as to why the dishwasher was malfunctioning. I'm very grateful!
