The technician showed up within the designated time slot and after getting information from me went to work on fixing it. It was a matter of resetting the machine and no part replacement was required. He went on to explain the proper setting for the spin cycle to avoid this happening again. In all, he was done in about 30 minutes. He was professional and very polite.
