The technician was knowledgeable and helpful when I had to reschedule at the last minute. As for Sears' automated appliance service system that needs some serious technical upgrades as we had a no show on their part after the parts were received to fix our oven. No compensation was offered on their part after I spent a whole day waiting for them to show up for their scheduled appointment.

The best technician although from sears side it took them from May to resolve getting parts to me. So hard to connect with anyone at sears and when you do they don't understand as everything is outsourced.Bewn a ccusto.wr for over 25 years but service now is so bad

The tech who came out to service my refrigerator was the best. His name was John S from A&E Service. Very helpful. I didn’t like the scheduling process of Sears Home Service, as the technician who was supposed to come at my last appointment stood me up and never showed up.
