The technician, John S. was later by one hour than scheduled time. But he is skillful and found the issue of my fridge right away. Though the fridge can not be repair on site, I appreciate his service in a professional manner. I give 4 stars because of later show up.

Sears repair was supposed to come 1-5 pm yesterday. William arrived in my half-full parking lot & took a picture of our doors (we are a community center) and sent it to me at 12:09 pm. HE NEVER CAME INSIDE THE BUILDING. HE STAYED IN HIS CAR, 100 feet away (see pic). When I called him at 12:12 pm, he said "There were so many doors, I didn't know where the entrance was." (There are 2 sets of doors, only one allows entry.) Then he said he was on his way to Union already and he's be back after that. He did not return. TODAY, William came and did his job--assessment, estimate, information. Was that because I wrote, "COME INSIDE THE BUILDING" in the special instructions? I will never know. Maybe a fine repairman, but clearly not willing to get out of his car.

Steven, the repair tech was great. The rest of the experience was awful. As of yesterday, my window was 8am to 5pm, which is ridiculous. At 6:30 this morning, I received an email, stating that my new window was 8am to 9:30am. In theory, this was much better than 8am to 5pm. When 9:45 came along with no tech, I checked my email, only to find that my window had been changed to 12:30pm to 1:30pm without asking me. The technician called me at 1:21pm to tell me that he was still a half hour away. He finally arrived at approximately 1:50pm.. Whoever is scheduling these jobs needs to do a better job with the scheduling and the communications with the customers.
