Excellent service. Rob was knowledgeable, personable, and thorough. Sears Appliance Services, however, needs to ditch AI Assistance. I received conflicting AI-generated messages regarding scheduling which were not accurate at all.

Ryan did a wonderful job. He was very knowledgeable about the service. He kept me informed on the issue and how he was able to resolve the issue with my dishwasher.
