Robert was very pleasant, efficient and technically competent. He had the light fixed in five minutes.

Although one problem was reported, it ended up being multiple issues. Kaami stuck with it & was able to resolve all of the problems. He kept us informed about the process & was extremely courteous & respectful.

This is the 2nd appliance that Ryan has worked on for me. As always he was informative as to the process, respectful of my home, and cordial in his demeanor.

Received excellent service by Ryan at Sears Home Services. He truly cared about getting the job done right. Got right to work and was clean and organized in how he got the job done. I had to get to my daughters softball game and he did everything he could to complete the work and get me to her softball game on time. Really a stand up guy who cares.
