Never showed up on Tuesday January 6, even though AI gave a picture and 4 different times. Finally, a different repair person showed up first thing Friday January 9th. He was excellent.

I’m giving two stars because while two of the technicians were fantastic, the administrative side and one specific tech made this a nightmare. The Technicians: *Rob (Feb 28 & March 7): Professional and accurate. He diagnosed the issue on the 28th and followed up on the 7th because he saw the records were still open. *Ed (March 4): A complete disaster. He spent two hours struggling to even open the microwave, installed parts incorrectly, and broke the door. To make matters worse, Ed signed my name on a service authorization form I never agreed to. He "ordered" a white replacement door for a stainless steel microwave without my consent, then left without any official record of his visit in the system. *Joe (March 14): Came out today and finally got everything resolved. He installed the new door correctly and fixed the internal parts. He was in and out in less than an hour. The Support System: The biggest frustration is that Sears has zero human customer representatives. It is entirely AI-driven. When Ed broke my appliance, ordered the wrong parts, and forged my signature, there was no way to speak to a person to resolve the situation. The lack of human oversight makes it impossible to handle technician errors or fraudulent documentation. I’d be very cautious about using this service if you value being able to reach a real person when things go wrong.

We've had three visits over the span of weeks to fix a leaking issues with our dryer. First visit, confirmed it is leaking (thanks). Second visit, order the part needed (cause they couldn't just order the part after the first visit for some reason). Third visit, after a couple reschedules from their side came to tell us they can't service the washer after all cause it is stacked and they can't unstack it themselves. So washer still isn't fixed, will have to call again to figure out what to do, charged $190 for "labor." Thanks!

This technician was very rough with my fridge and ice maker. I told him to be gentle and his response was to contact my insurance company if something broke. He also wanted me to pay him $50 to clean the back of fidge(maintenance fee) "your ice maker is not going to work until you get it done."

Don't do it, worst experience EVER. Their AI platform is horrible. I have wasted weeks, over $1,000 and after they had to collect all of the parts to return, they still charged me $140 for a diagnostic test that was never accurate and over $400 in labor. You will never get a live person, only their AI scheduler "Samantha." I was set up for appts., stayed home from work and then they never showed up. The link updates showed they were on their way. I felt badly for the repairmen because when they would show up, order what they think they needed (which has to get delivered to your house) come back and they say, oh this is the wrong part and start all over again. They don't even have a live person to check in with and you never get the same repair person. After weeks of this I had to surrender, return the parts and lose over $500 because they could not get it right. I grew up with Sears and they were always reputable, but no longer. To top it off, they had the nerve to keep sending me coupons for a new fridge - as if I would buy one from them. My fridge is 5 years old and maybe I'm crazy but it should last longer than that.

If I could give them less stars I would. No show to the appointment without any notification. No customer service number to talk to a human. Zero communication about the cancelling of the appointment. Now, however, I cannot go a day without receiving a call or email about rescheduling my appointment. Would find appliance repair help elsewhere.

Very rude technician. He was not interested in making the repair. Only rushing to get the service charge. I requested to apply some discount and do the repairs but he declined. Technician is lying that I scrolled for 15 minutes for the coupon. He was here for total 12 minutes then how can he say that scrolled for 15 minutes. Also, I handed over him my credit card to process for SFC charge, but he was forcing to get me signed the refusal that I am not paying. He asked me to pull the refrigerator and left the rear control Pannel open, the refrigerator out of place and said he won't put it back. He should get a negative star.
