I was having an issue with my dryer unit. It was loose and it was spinning unbalanced. I decided to reach out to SEARS appliance as my parents used their services years ago with positive feedback. I was able to get ahold of a customer service rep named Kate who was professional and took down all my pertinent info and the issues for my dryer. She was able to set me up with a next day appointment. My technician Kenneth came earlier then the estimated time and was prompt and courteous. He was able to diagnose the issue immediately and was able to repair the unit in a little over 35 mins. He explained the issues, the repair, and the pricing for the correction to the unit. All in all, I was very pleased with the service I received.
