Rob is the best. I haven’t had many service repairs, but I know great when I see it. Rob was punctual, polite and knowledgeable. He even covered the floors to protect range glass door. Rob wasn’t threatened by the initial barking of my puppies. If you want a technician that you can feel comfortable around, knows his stuff, and sweet, definitely ask for Rob.
