never fixed 1st time said he did. Your technician was rude to my mother and told her he couldn't wait any longer for someone to answer his call he has other jobs to do

I am disappointed with Roberts attitude. I was told 1 price for my dryer repair $377- $158 for the initial diagnosis (which I did the diagnosis) Then he only gave 50% discount on that fee (appx.$60.0) I wanted to speak to a supervisor for the bait and switch (as I was told the entire fee would be rolled into the repair by the first tech) I asked for the supervisors number, Robert wouldn't provide it, then I asked for the supervisor to call e, he didn't) Robert then packed up his tools and left the house. I wasn't there and my tenant had to let them in. I didn't sign for anything and I saw a signature on the ticket. I filed a complaint with Sears and they said someone would call be back within 1 hour. This was at 11:23 pm and so far no reply. Plus Sears said they would be back today with a different tech to complete the dryer repair. Let's see If I ever use them again. BTW, I supplied a part number, a photo of the Model and Serial number. They didn't bring the part out on the first visit..( a way to generate a fee) and then the tried to essentially overcharge me by 50% 0f the Diagnostic fee. I'm holding my breath and I'm waiting........

For the second time, they put me on the schedule and are a no show. Poor customer service

Our Home warranty company chose Sears as their subcontractor then SEARS subcontracted to someone else. They sent a guy out who parked in another condo resident's reserved parking space, then came into my home without looking at my refrigerator and wanted to get paid up front. No work was done and he wanted me to pay on his cellphone!!! SEARS emailed me prior to instruct me how to pay with a personal check with driver's license was acceptable. THERE IS NO WAY THAT YOU CAN CONTACT SEARS HOME SERVICES to assist. If you get to speak with someone, it will be someone with the worst telephone connection and a very deepo accent. SEARS IS DONE!!!! THEY WENT UNDER. NOW THE SEARS NAME iS EVEN MORE WORTHLESS!!!!!!!! AVOID THESE CROOKS!!!

Finally after 3 months and 5 reschedulings due to tech’s no show or postponements, my water pump repair of the Kenmore washer (a Sears branding of Whirlpool) is accomplished in a matter of 25 minutes. However the overestimated full payment of $576 exacted on on being given a first estimate is now to be credited based on a revised estimate of $509. However différence to be applied to credit card in a few weeks! Talk of flagrant USURY! Using my money for 3 months without interest! Laughable! These business practices are substandard, unprofessional and devoid of ethical business practices !
