I wish I could give you zero star, your are nothing but a professional teft. When I scheduled the service request, I was told if it a small problem, the will fix it. If it requires part, I will pay for the parts. you ask me what is wrong with the fridge, I told you it not making ice and the light was out. You know from there what the problem was. The technician showed up, and do nothing, not even look at it. He just told me to fix ice maker it $600 the light is $200, or call the manufacturer. I wish you will enjoy my $127 you charge me.

I can’t believe that GE has a contract with these people. They send a technician to my house who tells me he’s going to order parts needed. I waited and almost 3 weeks went by no call from them or nothing. I call them they tell me they’re waiting on GE and I call GE and they say there’s no need so they call Fix it All who tells them they closed my case. Then they said nothing was wrong but if nothing was wrong why tell me you’re ordering parts. They told me something is wrong and told GE nothing is wrong. They barely answer the phone it’s disgusting to treat customers this way.

Sears does not have the ability to provide good services. Very unhelpful people are working for Sears. I was assigned a technician on 3/5/24 to check my refrigerator. Various times given for his arrival. My wife and I kept a vigilant eye for the technician (Wayne)and any telephonic message. His last message was at 6:18 pm, and the message said, "I have arrived." The fact was that he never arrived at my address, and there was never any calls from him. On top of this, when I reported this to Sears, it's computerized system showed that the technician had fixed my refrigerator problem. To make it hurt more, on top of charging $100 for this never-happened event, I have been paying over $700 annually for this so-called Sears Home Warranty.

I am so happy Sears is going out of business. This addition to their company is the biggest scam I have ever had the chance of experiencing. My dryer broke over a month ago so I decided to give them a try. I call the service line they have to schedule me a month out due to COVID, I am understanding of that. Then I am scheduled a representative who comes out and takes apart the dryer and says I need to order a replacement piece with them. They charge my account that day!! The replacement piece comes and they reschedule my appointment for today between 1-5pm. I work from home and decided to open all the blinds so I can see the driver when he comes. I receive a text saying the rep is on his way to fix my dryer at 6:07 for the second time with the replacement piece. I then receive another text saying I no showed. The representative never rung the bell or called my cell number on fine. Is this what you consider good customer service SEARS? You allow your workers to just decide to not deliver your customers service because it’s after 5pm? This is unacceptable service. I urge everyone to stop doing business with them. Do not even inquire. Complete waste of time. I am still currently waiting for a phone call from a manager and my dryer is still broker. UNBELIEVABLE

Sears is a rip-off. They send an email service that was completed but we were on vacation that week. We canceled service with them but were still charged.

Horrible service. Stay away for Sears Repair services if you can. Appointment was scheduled for today between 8 am to 5pm. After waiting for the whole day, the technician did not show up and and the next appointment was given for after 10 days. Very Frustrating indeed!. They do not care for the customers.

Tech got here after insurance carrier was closed and couldn’t submit parts request. He sent us parts information and told us to call them in. Ins won’t take from us. Since order is closed can’t get resort man to do it. Have to start over wait for another tech to come out to determine parts and order them

My experience was horrible. Based on the length of time it took to complete the service once I received the parts.Sears appears incapable of handling the workload. The initial service on my refrigerator after diagnosis was cancelled the morning of and rescheduled 10 days later. Would someone in management be ok with that if they were the recipient. The repairman have zero personality as though they a thrust into hostile territory with frequent scenarios such as this. If you don’t have adequate resources to handle the work don’t pick up the ticket especially not one with my name on it. Never again… Thanks in advance..
