I don't have any complaints regarding any of the techs. I DO HAVE COMPLAINTS in regards to your automated system, your website (my account). And the customer service reps answering the phones. They are all a total waste of time. The customer service reps are robots reading a script, their scripted apologies are hollow. The website "my account" does not allow a customer to write concerns, it lacks value. Too often you to not arrive on scheduled dates. Then b4 CS rep ends call, they are scripted to offer free in home evals for Sears products. Totally inappropriate when Sears hasn't provided timely service for existing issues. I gave the techs 5 stars. But I give everything else, MINUS ONE STAR. I am totally DISSATISFIED with Sears.

Tech was professional. I needed parts to complete service but the tech got my snow blower started and then came back to complete the rest of the work. I couldn't get anyone to come out but Sears scheduling was easy.
