The ye h was great and explained with detail what had happened… however to get to this point it took me to waste 3 days waiting and missing work to have the washer fixed , the first appointment I waited 12 hrs from 8am- 8 pm showing the arrival of the text at 959p then I just got a message that my appointment was moved to the following day 11/2 the following morning showed 8-5pm for the appointment however later checking on the actual time showed moved the appointment to today 8-5pm… so now i wasted waiting at home 3 days, called about 20 times and my case was escalated but never got a call back, email or text explaining why they have done that, all personnel I talked to as I had to file a new repair to get to talk to a person which they all were based in India but were not able to do anything.. they had no info or number for the repair company… I will re consider to ever buy anything from Sears even tho I had been loyal for the past 49 years nd so we’re my parents and family.. Sears is gone for good… time to find another company that does standby their products and give customer service..

The technician was knowledgeable about the appliance as well as knew the process (system request, creating order, processing through warranty, etc.). My very old dryer is working like new now! Very satisfied with the service.

SERVICE TECH JOHN WAS OUTSTANDING. WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO EXPLAIN THE PROBLEM AND HOW TO TROUBLE SHOOT MOVING FORWARD. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.
