I dont like sears warranty, I had a difficult time with servicing our boiler. This is the 2nd repair guy to service our boiler witin 1 week. The first one was rude, lazy and didn't do anything. I am giving Brett 4 stars because he did service the boiler.

3 canceled appointments, plus 2 to fix the problem. First appointment was scheduled for 4/24/2025, finally repaired on 05/14/2025. The times for appointments need to be changed, 8:00 am to 05:00 pm is unacceptable. I took off from work for 3 days waiting all day, only to be canceled after 4:00 pm. The system needs to be changed, morning appointments or afternoon appointments. Technician was great, replaced the part real quick. Appointment scheduling needs to be looked at.
