Robert was terrific. Professional & Knowledgeable. Was on time, and did maintenance on 4 appliances as scheduled. As a matter of fact, he even checked my microwave which was scheduled for maintenance yesterday but who ever was supposed to do it never showed up and never cancelled yesterday's appointment. Thank Goodness for people like Robert......really wish there were more like him. Sears Appliance Repair should keep him as long as they can....he really knew what he was doing. If more Sears repairmen were like Robert, Sears could restore the trust people used to have in Sears Maintenance Agreements. Robert is what great customer service should be.
