I dont like sears warranty, I had a difficult time with servicing our boiler. This is the 2nd repair guy to service our boiler witin 1 week. The first one was rude, lazy and didn't do anything. I am giving Brett 4 stars because he did service the boiler.

Sears texted and called multiple times a week leading up to appt. One reminder is sufficient. Photo, model and serial number of appliance was included in ticket. Could have been a televisit instead of me waiting for hours at home only to get an estimate

3 canceled appointments, plus 2 to fix the problem. First appointment was scheduled for 4/24/2025, finally repaired on 05/14/2025. The times for appointments need to be changed, 8:00 am to 05:00 pm is unacceptable. I took off from work for 3 days waiting all day, only to be canceled after 4:00 pm. The system needs to be changed, morning appointments or afternoon appointments. Technician was great, replaced the part real quick. Appointment scheduling needs to be looked at.

This tech came and checked our icemaker. He figured out the problem and what the cost would be. The issue I had was he stop communicating after the appt time which was 12:30pm. Six hrs later He called to say he was on his way and he would be another 50min. I understand people have unexpected situations, but your phone wasn't working for 6hrs either? He should have called. I lost a whole day. So the rating is for: being unprofessional and poor communication. I Will not use again or recommend. The end results, we didn't get it repaired the price was extremely high. Way too much in my opinion.
