This tech came and checked our icemaker. He figured out the problem and what the cost would be. The issue I had was he stop communicating after the appt time which was 12:30pm. Six hrs later He called to say he was on his way and he would be another 50min. I understand people have unexpected situations, but your phone wasn't working for 6hrs either? He should have called. I lost a whole day. So the rating is for: being unprofessional and poor communication. I Will not use again or recommend. The end results, we didn't get it repaired the price was extremely high. Way too much in my opinion.

It's been over 1 hour since the tech left and now our ice maker is not working :(

There was nothing wrong with the technicians service. However, they sent the wrong technician, so he was not able to do anything for me. He was very pleasant and concerned

Poor service, came here late, took a look for 10 secs to the fridge, he said it was the compressor (no explanation) gave the invoice to repair (1.000$, but it's understandable if it's the compressor) and then he left, with no extra advices or other possible issues
