Poor service, came here late, took a look for 10 secs to the fridge, he said it was the compressor (no explanation) gave the invoice to repair (1.000$, but it's understandable if it's the compressor) and then he left, with no extra advices or other possible issues

The worst system set I've ever encountered The first time my appointment was canceled by Sears at the start of my time frame. There's no reliable number to speak with a live person. Unless you're seeking a service warranty .The other options are for an AI person, or will direct you to using the website which is not working properly .The AI person option resulted in my street name being misspelled. Also the time frame is wrong on the appointment confirmation texts. Am is used when it should be p.m. I spent half the day, prior to my appointment time frame, trying to contact someone to correct my street name. Each time I called. I received a confirmation text with the street name still spelled incorrectly. The technician was nice enough. However. He did not remove the back bottom panel of my refrigerator. Did not check door seals. Therefore, I do not think my diagnostic test was thorough. Of course, with only removing the top panel. (computer board), The diagnosis I was given turned out to be the most expensive fix which was replacing my compressor and condenser. I will never rely on Sears Home services for diagnosing. any issue I might have in the future. You're better off dealing with another service that provides reliable and live person communication. PS. The only way to get through to someone (live) is to call and choose the option for signing up for a service warranty. What does that tell you?

We received 35 text messages and emails that our appointment was on a Tuesday from 1 to 5. The technician shows up 2 1/2 hours early and then leaves zero stars if possible.

This was a joke called about my fridge water making a loud noise when using it so I read it was the In let water valve I called sears to get a quote to repair, with a straight face the technician told me over $600 dollars slaps a paper on my counter to apply for home warranty and the price would drop to ~$400 ish I asked him how much is the valve he said $145….so I said how are we at $600 for a repair he told me labor I am sorry sir your telling me you guys charge $475 per hr for labor so I pulled up the part on the sears sight it cost $75 so lied about the part cost and bs me about the $475 for labor and if he never pulled the fridge out to see what the issue was!

Beware Sears Appliance Repair is a SCAM!!! A technician Desmond from A & E factory services came to my home to diagnose my washer. I was told that he needed to order a part & that I need to PAY for the part & labor today! I did b/c I felt that Sears is a reputable company & that is who I made my appt. with. That was on 10/4/24...it is 10/22/24 & still no repair! Just BS emails that my part is still on delay! When I called to inquire about the part, they can't even tell me what part or part # was ordered, only that the technician wrote a message saying He ordered the part! They lie about someone from the parts department and technician returning my call! BTW the technician is not even answering the mobile # he called me from the day he showed up for my repair! Please don't be FOOLED and pay for a services not rendered like me!!!! Also the business address they use 371 Main St. Belleville NJ 07109 is the the OUT OF BUSINESS KMART address!!! I want and deserve a REFUND!

On 08/07 a technician came out. He ordered parts to complete my repair and rescheduled for 08/20. All of the parts arrived prior to the schedule appointment. I even confirmed with a Sears Representative on 08/18 that all the parts had been received so that the repairs could be made on 08/20 between 8am-12pm. Around 8:15 I received a text saying that my appointment has been rescheduled because the parts hadn't arrived! I immediately called and received little to no help from the Sears representative. They couldn't even call the technician "Ethan" and ask him to return. I saw the A&E van pass my house!

These people are scammers! When you call you get India the country. If you go to Google maps it give the address 371-411 Main Street Bellvile, NJ. It shows a view of the old derelict closed down K Mart building with cement blocks blocking the entrance and exit. I drove there and that is what's there. NO SEARS APPLIANCE CENTER!!! I WOULD GIVE THESE PEOPLE A NEGATIVE 5 STARS IF I COULD. DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS. ALL THEIR OTHE LOCATIONS ARE BOGUST ALSO!!!!!!
