Ruben was great to work with. He listened to my concerns advised me accordingly. He provided good customer service during the diagnosis of my broken fridge and when he came back to do the repair. The fridge is now working. Just be aware that dealing with Sears Home Services is a nightmare until you get a Tech on site. The Tech's are great, but the automated service is maddening. When you can actually get someone on the phone it's a call center in another country, and they are not empowered to do much. Not the Technician's fault. It's the Sears Hime Services operating system and methods leading up to the Tech arriving that are poor. But like I said, the Tech was excellent. Just wish we didn't have to jump through hoops and deal with 8am-5pm scheduling windows.
