There is no way, that i could find,to reach a live person. Everything is automated at each phone number. The first visit was scheduled 1p-5p. Then canceled by technician at 3p and rescheduled for 2 days later at 1p-5p. When I checked the time tracker. It said 7-8p. There was no one to call to complain to. I read many other reviews about sears canceling multiple times. I dont want to say bad things about the actual repair man. But the company sucks.

The tech was awesome to work with. I had an issue with no water going to the ice machine or dispenser. Your previous tech identified the issue which required new water valves which I ordered. Today's visit->the tech fixed the water issue which didnt require new valves. I'm happy with today;s service but obviously a head scratcher for the initial diagnosis. Today's tech indicated that the cost of the parts would be credited back to my CC account.
