Ruben did a fabulous job and was very nice and pleasant. He accidentally left a couple of tools but I have no live way to let him know, I only hope he gets the message I was able to add to the repair (but the repair has also been completed so he may not look at it). I truly HATE stupid AI "attendants" that won't let you talk to a human who could text Ruben before he gets to his next job without his tools.
