My Kenmore washer had its control board and lock assembly reinstalled. After getting the technician scheduled, the tech showed up on time and gave me a call 15 minutes before arrival. He was professional and reinstalled the parts without issue. Really nice guy and I'm happy with his services.

Patrick, the service person was great with letting me watch the exam he performed on my dryer and explained that the machine did not need repairs since the problem had been caused by a small item that had slipped out of the drum and landed under the belt. I would be willing to recommend him to others.
