Liem was efficient, professional, and accommodating, even when I needed to clean some areas of my refrigerator and mine was the last visit of his daily schedule. He displayed confidence in remedying the issue and was a genuinely nice young man. The problem I have is the system of scheduling itself and the Huge 9 hour window. This is unacceptable, especially when the automatic "estimation of arrival" ran All Day Long from 8:30 until his 4:05 arrival. This is not fair to the customer and ruined my entire day. He was also sent back and forth from my town to another when BOTH local jobs could have been taken care of at the same time, and saved time and gas for Liem, myself, and Sears itself. .

Good maintenance call but we would have liked the front panel of the dryer removed so the area around the drum could have been vacuumed but Mir said we didn't need it done.

Spent over 3 hours on washer. Under machine on back taking apart and changing and replacing parts. Went above and beyond and was very courteous. Great guy!

Oven Repair
Timothy was an excellent and professional service provider. After my oven broke for the same cause in 2 years instead of just replacing the broken part he determined the oven ignitor could be replaced with an improved version that would not likely break again like before. In 10 years I have had 2 ovens and 3 separate repairs on my oven. But now someone had the smarts to fix it is a way that will hopefully prevent the issue ever again.
