Kevin called approximately an hour before our appointment to let us know what time he would arrive. He arrived at the time he said he would. He was well mannered, warm and very professional. Best of all he inspired confidence. I felt that he would follow up as he promised. We've had such dismal service with Sears Warranty repair people. You should clone Kevin! Thank you Mrs. Martin

Paul communicated clearly and kept me informed of when he would be to our house. The first tech that was here a couple of weeks ago did not find or really even look for a problem, but Paul was very knowledgeable and pinpointed the issue, replaced the parts needed and did it quickly. He also went above and beyond to clean the interior and grease up a few parts.
