Seers lawn tractor repair
Technician arrived in the morning change the mower blades as requested had trouble starting the lawn tractor needed a new part which he didn't have on the truck found one in Salem New Hampshire and went and got it and replace the old part and I was up and running

Liem was efficient, professional, and accommodating, even when I needed to clean some areas of my refrigerator and mine was the last visit of his daily schedule. He displayed confidence in remedying the issue and was a genuinely nice young man. The problem I have is the system of scheduling itself and the Huge 9 hour window. This is unacceptable, especially when the automatic "estimation of arrival" ran All Day Long from 8:30 until his 4:05 arrival. This is not fair to the customer and ruined my entire day. He was also sent back and forth from my town to another when BOTH local jobs could have been taken care of at the same time, and saved time and gas for Liem, myself, and Sears itself. .
