I had two techs come to my house, one to diagnose the problem and one to replace the defective part. Both techs were very professional and well versed in their trade. Very satisfied with the service results. The process to schedule and the 8-5 time frame was horrible. I dislike immensely your scheduling system and communication with customers. I should not have to be at my home for eight hours waiting for a tech to arrive. There should be a two hour time frame so I can not waste a whole day of work to get an appliance repaired. I would like to be compensated for my loss of work and a days pay. I understand you need someone at the home to access and be present but 8 hours waiting too much. I am involved in going to clients homes and work locations daily and I have my day planned and coordinated with clients the day before I meet them. Yours is a very poor system and you cannot even call a service center to discuss the schedule. I would not recommend your warranty just based on the schedule and communications. The technicians were very good.

It would be most helpful if the tech could call customer when he has his route outlined timewise ex time is always 8 am - 5 pm. Call & give customer approximate time of arrival at least morning or afternoon AND ESPECIALLY CALL IF THEY CAN't make it! That just happened to me & I wasted a whole day for him to put in a new ice maker which took less than a half hour! Peoples time is very precious these days & this courtesy would make things much more helpful to your clients! I would appreciate your feedback📞

There was a mixup in the number of appliances on my Protection Agreement. Paul was able to straighten things out and have time to check all 4 appliances. He did a great job.

Kevin was timely in his arrival, and efficient and accurate with his diagnostic. Sadly, the cost of repair was too prohibitive, but that it is beyond his control.
