Patrick, the service person was great with letting me watch the exam he performed on my dryer and explained that the machine did not need repairs since the problem had been caused by a small item that had slipped out of the drum and landed under the belt. I would be willing to recommend him to others.

You need more technicians like Arben B. He is Not afraid to work, I've had bad experience with Sears home services in the past where technicians did not even show up to my house because it was after 5 PM … with that being said Arben B Diagnosed the issue with my appliance and dealt with the insurance company. He did a very thorough job to find the issue and explaining it to me and he was very courteous to me. Great job.
