James was the initial repair person who diagnosed the issue. A part was sent. The next repair person thought it was the wrong part so re-ordered. Same part was sent a 2nd time. But James was sent again and recognized that Bosch had made a change and it was the right part and he fixed the dishwasher. Not happy about the call center. Very difficult to find a human being to speak with.

John V,
Gonic, NHGreat Service. Highly competent professional.
This is my 3rd time with James. He came out to first to diagnose the failed LG compressor, then returned twice to complete. The refrigerant needed to be recharged on repair day # 1 had to be removed given a failed Shrader valve (not James or Sears fault, poor quality control by the OEM for the valve, James had to evacuate then put a new 58 g R600A charge in the next day since R600A is hard to get and I was the last one being worked on day # 1. James came back the next day as promised to complete the repair. For James, he gets 5 stars from me. He is prompt, courtesy, technically competent (I speak from experience as refrigeration tech in the Navy) while keeping a very clean work space. He gets my highest recommendation. As a SB owner, he is the type of guy I look to hire. Self-Starter, problem solver. For Sears (and LG) - You both use separate AI models and customer support overseas which are NOT working. AI is supposed to make life better, instead it has obviously NOT been used by anyone desperate for service. LG couldn't accurately recommend Sears (I had to find that myself, the agents recommended couldn't do the work) and Sears wound up rescheduling my appointment 4 times given that the Chat assistant couldn't accept my answer that I had the needed parts on multiple occasions. I had call overseas twice to get this finally resolved. You both need to fix this please. It's bad enough that we don't enough people do provide customer support (in the US) and people to do the technical work. Throwing my refrigerator out from frustration isn't a smart option.
