Alex was extremely detailed with his explanation of what was happening with the machine. He examined it thoroughly and went over my options on fixing it. Very professional and polite.

Tim was great. He had scheduled an appointment between 8 and 10 in the morning; however, I missed him while I was upstairs, so he called, and we rescheduled for later that afternoon, around 2:30 PM. He was prompt. He was professional, took about half an hour or so to diagnose the microwave, and realized it needed an expensive part. He reached out to my warranty company, and they said they would prefer not to repair it but would follow up with me.

I always appreciate Brent's professional approach, his knowledge, and excellent performance of repairs on my equipment. He's been to my house several times in the last few years. Highly recommend.
