Technician great, AI horrible!
Brent was great, but my experience with your AI assistants was dismal, and the six cancellations of scheduled repairs didn't thrill me either. Those assistants need to be able to answer ad lib questions, not just those you want them to!

James was an excellent tech, effective communication, successful warranty fix, but scheduling is barely effective. Too many emails and no way to respond. Appointment between 8 AM and 5 PM is unacceptable.
