Long wait for GE Washer repair.
James came and repaired my GE washer from China! I can finally do laundry in the privacy of my own home again. For three months I have been without my new washer. It was 6 months old when it broke. No need of this in 2024. Next time I will trash it and go buy an old wringer washer. James is professional and shows experience as a technician. Just wish it hadnt taken 3 months to get it repaired even though the parts arrived at least a month ago. You really need to step it up in the warranty dept because I cant even rate it a 1 star. On the other hand, I would rate James a 5 star. Please start appreciating your technicians.

In May Arben fixed our ice maker. It lasted a little over a month. At that time he suggested that we purchase a Sears Warranty because we have older appliances including the refrigerator. We purchased a warranty account. A little over a month after our repair and purchase, the ice maker broke and the refrigerator starting leaking into the refrigerator and freezer. It did damage to our floor and molding (hardwood floors 5000.00 damage because it is one big open space including dining and living room). Arben came back to fix it again. Again it was fixed, but for an even shorter period of time. He came back again today and said it couldn't be repaired. He had replaced the ice maker, valves in different places etc. He said the part it needs is out of stock. The Sears Warranty refused the claim for replacement. I tried to cancel my useless Warranty service and was told I have to pay the full amount for the contract if I cancel so of course I didn't cancel. So, I have spent enough money to have replaced the refrigerator and I now have to buy a new one because it is beyond repair. I am dismayed, disgusted, angry and will never use Sear services again. You lost a loyal customer.

The service provided has NOT fixed my defective microwave. After more than 3 months and three onsite appointments Sears has given up on the repair and suggests that we contact LG directly! Sears not only does not have a human being to talk with but could not even provide the telephone number to LG customer service. By far the worst experience i have ever had!

I had a sears appointment June 23,2025 Sears never made appointment. Was told at five o'clock the appointment was canceled and needs to be rescheduled. I called Electrolux and they schedule another company to fix my appliance. Apparently they never communicated with you. Sorry for the technician who came today. Spoke to him and very understanding and apologized for the confusion.

do not understand what is wanted in this block
Called and said his approximate time of arrival - arrived on time. After checking why the refrigerator was not working, but the freezer section was working, he explained in detail to both me and my son-in-law, who I got on the phone, what the problem was and how it could be corrected. He also checked out other things that might be wrong now or in a short period of time with an 11 year old refrigerator. Extremely pleased with the service.

Tim was great, A&E was a TERRIBLE experience.
Timothy was excellent, the problem was the A&E company and their useless customer service. I would never recommend this company to anyone! 800 number is worthless, probably on purpose.

Repair of refrigerator
I got 3 estimated arrival times when he finally showed up at 2pm He replaced the gasket and now I have frost building up all over my freezer. I was told they are coming back in 2 weeks to look at it again. it was a brand new refrigerator and that is the fourth time someone has been out to repair it. the condensation is still there. I do not want another repair man to come out I want a refund. I do not want another GE product
