Liem was wonderful, he did as much as he possibly could, But no part was ordered for the dryer & he didn't have the correct license needed to work on a gas dryer. Said Sears will try to get the part & the licensed repairman for a gas dryer will come back by August 11 to fix it or Your company will make a decision on a remedy for us , said if I don't hear back by August 11, to call you. Will do!

Wells, MELong wait for GE Washer repair.
James came and repaired my GE washer from China! I can finally do laundry in the privacy of my own home again. For three months I have been without my new washer. It was 6 months old when it broke. No need of this in 2024. Next time I will trash it and go buy an old wringer washer. James is professional and shows experience as a technician. Just wish it hadnt taken 3 months to get it repaired even though the parts arrived at least a month ago. You really need to step it up in the warranty dept because I cant even rate it a 1 star. On the other hand, I would rate James a 5 star. Please start appreciating your technicians.
