Steven came and diagnosed my washer needing a new control board. He made an appointment and they sent me the part. He came back and fixed the washer. He made sure it was working. He did a very good job.

Tyrone was very courteous, respectful, and through. He very focused on the diagnosis and explained everything I needed to know. As My appliances were out of warrantee and Sears would not source part that were no longer available, I decided to do the repairs myself. Kudos to Tyron not so much to Sears not to have all parts available for their Kenmore brands.
