Service on my GE Dishwasher
Tim was terrific! He was personable, efficient and professional. I appreciate his fixing the problem. You really have to update his photo-what appears on your text messages does not do him justice.

Jim gave exceptional service on my refrigerator, along with advice regarding what I need to do between service calls. He mentioned that he could take a look at the dryer and he cleaned that all up good so I don't need to worry about fire. He is a very personable and professional representative of your company.

James was the best. He came exactly when expected, was very friendly and jumped right in to solve the problem. He had a couple of questions and then found the problem right away. However, I decided my refrigerator was too old and that I should replace it in the near future and avoid additional problems down the road. I will keep this contact information should any other appliance have issues in the future.
