He adjusted the washer schedule so it could be done the same day as the dryer. I'm so very thankful he could do it. Very accommodating! He's pleasant and professional.

on line appointment , asked on a Sunday, got a Monday appt. Got an email monday am saying tech was on way, in about a 1/2 hour, tech called to say he was on the way, arrived, got right into checking and fixing problem. explained what he was doing and gave me some points in case the same problem reoccurred . Very easy to do business with. I was impressed with the tech and with Sears for the rapid response to my problem.

Technician was great. However it was the 4th appointment. 3 were canceled due to no techs. Poor communication unable to reach a "human" after multiple phone attempts. One day waited all day with no texts or phone calls!
