While Tim was prompt and proficient the experience leading up to the repair of our oven was excruciatingly painful. We could not get confirmation from any of the numbers that were supplied by Sears on the repair date after we were advised (and received) the needed repair parts. We have paid thousands in monthly charges for their warranty service and feel let down by the lack of follow up and very poor customer service.

I am so thankful to have my refrigerator repaired. It was a simple fix— replacement of a couple light bulbs. But it means that when we open the door we see everything in clear, steady light, not flickering, blinking light. Hallelujah!
