Technician Jim was very knowledgeable and friendly. He clearly explained the issue and what was needed to fix it. He did not try to unnecessarily "up sell" me and offered advice on how to better use our washer for a longer life cycle. Showed up as scheduled and got right to work. Highly recommend!
