A previous appliance repair company had dispatched an obviously unqualified technician and he diagnosed the issue as a bad compressor. James was skeptical, and sure enough the compressor was fine. James found a copper pipe was vibrating against the compressor and everything is quiet now. He was extremely courteous and very informative. Great experience!

Phillip had the knowledge to repair an older model refrigerator. $$$$ if you don't buy Sears service plan. Inconvient to block all day not knowing when the tech would arrive.
