Although the scheduled time for the technician's arrival was set between 1 PM and 5 PM, Adair arrived at my home before 8 AM. I explained that I was not expecting him so early and he was pleasant and offered stop by later that same day. Since he was already here, I thought it best to have him perform the maintenance check on the washer and dryer at that time. I'm very glad I did. He was knowledgeable, thorough and able to complete the task quickly. He was complimentary in my care of the machines and offered a helpful suggestion for future dryer use. (He was also considerate enough to cover his work shoes). I would highly recommend his services.
