Patrick was fantastic, but Sears sucks
The work that Patrick did to diagnose and then repair my dryer was fantastic. Everything Else about my experience was awful. Sears appears to have multiple scheduling services and I had multiple dates for the repair. I had multiple automatic cancellations and reschedules. It is impossible to reach a person to talk to about scheduling. The only contact I happen to have was another Sears repairman who was actually able to get me answers. I am never going to have Sears repair another appliance as long as I live.

Very thorough and very nice
Tara came in and assessed the situation. Looked through everything in the freezer and could not find an issue, but I haven't heard it since we called so that's not a major surprise. Tara worked his butt off and he was a very nice person as well. He needs a raise!

This was my first time having Paul from Sear's appliance repair. He was always on time, as the appointment date and time can closer he kept me at to-date, so I was able to b2 home at the right time. We are 100% satisfied with the service we got on our gas dryer.
