Michael arrived 90 minutes earlier than expected (which was great!) Provided a quick analysis of the problem with our 6yo LG frig. Performed additional diagnostics and realized there were other problems. Made great suggestions relative to our "next steps".

Had a leaky washer and submitted a request for service late at night, the technician arrived early the next day. He diagnosed the issue quickly and was done with the appointment son after. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. I appreciate it!

She has a fully automated workflow where they appointed the repairman right during the call and you can check. When is the appointment scheduled when they are coming towards your house how much time is there etc. The repair man was really good. Mark could figure out the problem very quickly. He ordered the parts. The parts came in within a day and he fixed it the next day.

Arben, came in, explained what needed to be done and performed his task in a very professional manner, pleasant personality also.
