Very good service.
Technician Mark was very professional. He did all his best to fix our gas oven. Unfortunately, he could not fix it (Samsung), but this is another story.

Ruben was polite, knowledgeable, professional, and honest. No problem with him. But the home scheduling app has problems. The ETA it posted was wrong all morning, even after refreshing. A two hour ETA window would be much more helpful.

Arrived first thing in the morning the day after Christmas, assessed the problem, fortunately had the part, and repaired my refrigerator. This all happened between 8:30 AM and 11 AM. Very satisfied.
