Mark did a great job in identifying and fixing the problem. Your system is terrible. I had to wait for 9 hours on two service dates and nobody showed up. No warning and no apology.

Arben was n excellent worker. He didn't have the correct parts but fixed the tubing and cut it to fit the Cut one that was on the back of refrigerator it took a long time to get fixed simnce Christmas day. But I'm happy to say it is finally. with all the calls and call center it's so much easier talking with 1 person not 20 about the same issues over and over. But Thank you it's done. I appreciate it .
