Rueben was excellent- very skilled and professional. However the experience of dealing with Sears was terrible. My part never did arrive- after being ordered twice . I finally told Rueben to cancel it and I will seek services elsewhere. Trying to talk to a human in your tedious phone system is close to impossible .

Arben was able to quickly discern what we needed today and asked about what had or had not been serviced prior to beginning the repair work. When finished he showed us the progress made in the temperature of the freezer and advised us to leave a bottle of water in freezer overnight to be sure it actually is in working order.
