While my first call for repairs was on SEPT. 11, to me this is inexcusable for an appointment to take over a month. I was canceled no less than 3 TIMES, WAITING till 7PM and not even a call is abysmal. As far as the repairs today, they went well except for the fact that one screw is now missing from the dishwashers inner door, disappointing and I now have to get one with a trip to the hardware store. I'm not at all pleased with the way the whole deal was handled!!

I was told the guy would return at 8 with his first appointment since I had to leave the house by 9:30. It turned out he did not show as expected. Since my daughter was at the house she could let me in later when her arrived, so it turned out to be OK.

Our technician was wonderful - professional, understanding and did the job as expected. He gets a 5 star review. The area of improvement is the system you use to confirm and notify arrival times. Very poor and no reflection of the professional work by the technician. I have to deduct 2 stars for the communication system.

And very pleased with the work they did well one of them did the other didn't show up until the work was completed however it would have been nice if they disposed of the empty boxes that the parts came in

Although the repair man told us that the microwave was not fixable. Apparently this was not communicated to American home shield. They had the issue marked as closed.

2 times scheduled the technician not show up without notice
We had to wait for the whole day (8:00-17:00) 2 times appointments the technical didn't show up without calling & sending messages. I have to reschedule 2 times; Unsatisfied
