Dishwasher
Mark was great as he first came to diagnose the problem in early July. At that time he requested replacement parts. These parts parts were backordered and then were no longer available. Sears sent a new dishwasher two days ago. Thus Sears made a mistake in scheduling him for a technician call today. A person to disconnect and install my new dishwasher is needed. Mark had no idea I had received a new dishwasher. Luckily he called prior to the appointment and understood the error made by Sears scheduling.

Although my whole day waiting for him to arrive was annoying, when they tell you between 8 and 5 be prepared for it to be closer to 5, so you are riveted waiting when he arrived and said he was going to do the service right in my driveway I was elated, he did a super job, my mower is happy, I am happy , so thank you Sears if only I didn't have to spend my whole day, life would be great, thank you................
