Joseph was great. I must say I am very disappointed that my washer failed after less than six and a half years. The cost to order and install a new latch and a new drain pump exceeds the original cost of this washer and the non-Kenmore washer we have ordered to replace it.

Mark Was very good, this is the 2nd tech we had but the 5th appt and if this was for the warranty service it would be different. He stayed long enough to actually test the machine on wash cycles and realized there was an issue with water draining and corrected that. IF the replacement part had a FLOW DIRESCTION on the hose it would have made the job much easier
