It took 5 visits between the Geek Squad (2 visits: we have an extended warranty) and this was the 3rd visit from A&E. They kept sending tech's out not trained on the R600 refrigerant. The manager from Nashua came out and trained one of the other techs. We will see how long this repair lasts. Have had the LG frig for almost 3 years and have had issues each year. Thankfully all covered by the warranties.

In all the years we complained about the constant knocking noises day and night coming from the freezer, Patrick ordered 2 parts and THERE IS NO MORE KNOCKING!!!!! Hurray for Patrick!!!!!! This is a MIRACLE as far as we're concerned!!!!!!!
