Kevin was so professional and friendly and took his time to assess the situation. He was frank about the options and documented the issues so that we can proceed with the manufacturer (this was a service call on a brand new range that arrived from the manufacturer with an issue). Really appreciated his thorough assessment and clear follow-up. Also, loved the communication leading up to the service call.

Paul was very professional and checked with me to ensure all the initial service checks where done when the first technician came to inspect my washer and dryer. In fact, the first technician told me that if the dryer was working, there was no need for him to inspect it. I told that to Paul and he let me know that I was charged for it so he would be happy to check, which he did, and he found problems with it that he fixed. He also checked my washer thoroughly and found other problems (besides the leak that I initially reported) and was able to get those fixed as well. Thanks again Paul!!
