The technician is very knowledgeable and he is able to troubleshoot and ordered the part. Once the part control board delivered he came back and replaced the part and Dishwasher started working like a charm. I highly recommend Sears and their technicians.

The service person Jamie was polite and efficient. On his first visit he had to order a part,he scheduled the next appointment that day. On 2/8 he returned and completed the job. He is an asset to your company.

the technicians (people who do the fixing) are great. He told me what was wrong and fixed it. The only thing I would change about the SEARS maintinance service system is giving a more narrow window if when the technician will be coming. Between 9 - 5:00 is too much time taken out of busy schedule. Say morning (9:00 - 11:59) or PM (12:00 - 5:00) and then we can at least tell our bosses at work that we can be there for half a day, or fit in an appointment or 2 on the same day. The tech guy is great, the "when will he get here" system needs to be fixed.
