Technician was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He listened to my problems with my (dryer abd gas stove) He examined pointed out the issues and made recommendations for repair. He has ordered the parts, which are being delivered to the house, and he will be returning for install and repair.

The repairman was excellent and efficient. You should be happy you have him. Your booking system however is very poor. Need to speak to a customer service rep when booking or changing appointments You had booked me for 10/20 for a follow up visit after the parts were delivered but no one came. Then you booked this appt without consulting me. I have been without a working dishwasher for 5 weeks. Not acceptable.
