Brent has been to service our Lawn Tractor many many times. He always does an excellent thorough professional job. He also takes time to make recommendations about maintenance proper routines etc. We depend on his expertise. He has kept our now 16 yr old tractor running as good as new. We wish him well in his retirement as long as he can continue to maintain our tractor!!

Experience with Paul was A 20. Did his job -was on time-explained what I needed to know. It is your horrible system! I have spent hours trying to get through to speak to someone!! Had parts delivered to my home for the repair to be done within 3days. Spent 45 minutes getting thru to tell office they were here!. Made appointment!! No one came—called to find out why!!! Said my parts weren't here ! Told them they were delivered AGAIN!! Another 2 weeks without machine. Called again (another horrible time getting a person) finally got someone by going through a different department! I have paid about 900.00 for contract . Over the years— about 30-of taking the contract—I have gotten good service—BUT — this new system is horrible!! IT NEEDS to be CHANGED to more customer FRIENDLY.
